DATA ARCHITECT INTERNSHIP

Data Architects profiles

to be included in an Internship in the

Digital & Information Technology Department.
Who you will work with:

Our people in this sector have the opportunity to work in inter-functional teams of excellence, developing new and more effective technological tools to respond to the challenging demands of energy production and business evolution, which is increasingly data driven. These professionals interface with a constantly evolving environment, where they have the opportunity to actively support the performance of all business operations and develop strategic and highly competitive know-how.
Tasks:
Support in supporting the unit of competence in designing, designing and implementing the company Data Platform;
Support in contributing to the use of consolidated patterns (DWH, Datahub, Data Vault), pursuing innovative approaches (Data Fabric, Data Mesh);
Support in defining and developing architectural standards, guidelines, best practices and templates;
Support with company business analysts;
Support in identifying non-functional requirements, starting from business requirements.

Undergraduate or Master's graduate in Engineering and/or Computer Science; other qualifications will also be taken into consideration as long as they possess the required skills.
Excellent analytical skills and strong problem solving aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and strong aptitude for team collaboration.

Tasks
Support in the application of data science tools and techniques to contribute to Eni's digital evolution process, designing, implementing and testing ML/AI solutions that allow the generation of valuable insights and results.
Support in the development of analysis, prediction, clustering, optimization and simulation algorithms, using modern ML/AI frameworks in order to solve concrete business problems. Explore and analyze different data sets, testing your ideas and evaluating the results.
Support in the analysis, understanding and mapping of business requirements, the process and project objectives within an integrated and dynamic environment, in which the solution is built following the entire design and development process of the Agile methodologies.
Support in the presentation and sharing of the results obtained with the various stakeholders, incorporating and processing the feedback received in a constructive and proactive manner.
This is the opportunity for you if you meet the following requirements:
Undergraduate or Masters graduate in Engineering in the quantitative field (mathematics, computer science, statistics, machine learning, AI, or equivalent)
Good knowledge of the English language
Excellent analytical skills and strong problem solving aptitude.
