Salary/Hourly Rate:

$57k - $60k

Position Overview:

The Billing Specialist - Legal will be the primary contact for the Billing Attorneys and clients and responsible for the monthly pro forma process. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist - Legal:

  • Provide support for monthly proforma choices.
  • Finish the Attorney modifications on the Proforma.
  • Aid in the evaluation of conformity with guidelines.
  • Complete billing, including electronic invoice filing on websites.
  • Lead the client follow-up for accounts receivable.
Qualifications for the Billing Specialist - Legal:
  • 2 years of legal billing experience.
  • Ability to take initiative with strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic websites for invoice submission.
  • In-depth knowledge of client billing requirements and specific client-designated software.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Elite Billing Software.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
