The Role This is a remote opportunity Our Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls from medical providers, patients and billing services to assist in explaining services and claims information. Full-time hours are available between the hours of 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with the ability to earn more Hit your monthly incentive goal Earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra Paid Time Off Clear career path with promotional opportunities with pay increases available within 1 year dependent upon performance.
