Lonestar Equipment Solutions is looking for a Pricing Analyst that will gather and analyze financial data to estimate and allocate costs, develop pricing strategies, and maintain and inspect inventory for pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities: Meets and collaborates with clients, leadership, and other staff to estimate the cost of products and services. Reviews and analyzes existing and proposed processes, staff, and materials; identifies cost-reduction opportunities. Examines and maintains product files and inventory for accuracy and opportunity. Estimates costs of new equipment or capital investment necessary for projects. Drafts cost estimates for projects based on data analysis and research; distributes reports to leadership, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Prepares reports forecasting pricing scenarios; makes recommendations based on findings. Identifies the pricing structure required for products to sell at profit. Reviews special pricing agreements (SPAs) as they’re in process, as well as update rebates and payments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Basic knowledge of purchasing Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create forecasts based on financial data. Proficient with accounting software and cost software. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. Two years of related experience required. Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
