Position Overview

The PMSI is integral to WNA’s strategic objectives, orchestrating the planning and execution of initiatives that drive business transformation. This project management role demands a proactive, adaptable, and analytical leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, overseeing projects that span multiple departments and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Champion the development, execution, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

o Collaborate with Product Managers and department leaders to outline project scopes, set milestones, and deliver high-impact results.

· Program Performance Management:

o Oversee project schedules and action plans, ensuring all initiatives are on track, within budget, and aligned with corporate goals.

o Develop and refine data collection methods to produce actionable insights via dashboards for various business units and business line leaders.

· Process and Solution Development:

o Lead the formulation of solution strategies and conduct process workshops to drive effective implementation.

o Craft and execute detailed operational plans, ensuring robust communication and training programs are in place.

· Risk Management:

o Lead risk assessment and contingency planning for all strategic initiatives.

o Identify potential issues and escalate them in a timely manner to mitigate impacts on project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

· Experience:

o A solid background in project and change management, especially in settings that require transitioning to new processes.

o Demonstrated competence in managing multiple, complex projects in a fluctuating business landscape.

· Skills:

o Innovative and flexible problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

o Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

o Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing superior service and achieving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· Certifications such as PMP or Agile are highly regarded.

· Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheets.
