Issue loan approvals or denials based on underwriting findings, providing clear and concise explanations for decisions. Stay updated on changes in mortgage lending regulations, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure loan files are in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
