As the VP of Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and satisfaction at FreedomPay. You will lead a team of account managers and collaborate closely with sales, customer support, and product development teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our solutions and services to our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Lead and mentor a team of account managers to drive performance. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work closely with product development teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product roadmap prioritization. Develop and implement processes and best practices for account management and customer success. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Requirements Proven experience in account management, customer success, or related roles within the SaaS industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to customers. Experience with CRM software (ZenDesk, etc.) and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry landscape, payments experience is a plus.
