Job Overview Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn medical center located in Boston, Massachusetts. We have an opportunity for a full time Clinical Analyst. This is an on-site position 3 days/week and 2 days remote, once trained. The training period would be 100% in person at the Boston location. Responsibilities Provides user support and training in all aspects of clinical information systems, including planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating all activities. Activities include the maintenance and implementation of all clinical information systems and their interfaces to other systems and devices in the hospital. Acts as a liaison between clinical, technical, administrative and home office staff regarding the clinical information. Maintains an understanding of the workflow, process, policies and procedures that impact the hospital and are related to the clinical information system. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related Health Care Field. Three years experience in Information systems, specific to healthcare. EPIC experience preferred. Three years Project management and database experience in a healthcare setting. RN licensure in state of hospital preferred. Shriners Children’s is an EOE/Drug-Free, Smoke-Free Workplace.
