The hired contractor will work from the office for three days a week. Candidates can work from NYC, Boston, or West Conshohocken. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the transition risk management framework. Manage the risk identification and escalation process. Operational risk management, including risk monitoring, tracking, reporting, and mitigation. Conduct periodic functional risk assessments and report findings to senior stakeholders. Prepare metrics reporting and senior management reporting. Facilitate system administration and entitlements review. Conduct business continuity planning and information security reviews. Liaise for audits (internal audits, SSAE 18 & SOX), external assessments, and regulatory exams. Facilitate Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
