As a Senior Land Acquisition Analyst, you will assist/manage the creation of the land investment packages (white books) presented to senior management.Responsibilities will include the following.

-Prepare competitive market analyses of competition communities, product, pricing, sales, traffic, etc., for identified market areas and for specific acquisition opportunities.
-Visit competitive communities.
-Conduct telephone surveys to competition communities.
-Prepare graphs, maps, and product and standard features comparison.
-Collate information from competitive communities relative to absorption rates, base and option pricing, elevations and floor plans, most popular homes and features and community specific demographics.
-Prepare financial analyses if acquisition opportunities (including proformas, proforma assumptions, cash flows, ROI, etc.).
-Obtain construction costs and Area costs from the Purchasing Department for base house costs and options.
-Maintain an up-to-date summary of all permit review/application fees, impact fees, school fees, police/fire fees, transportation fees and like fees that are required to be paid to the respective jurisdictions to obtain a building permit.

A bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (a concentration in marketing, real estate, planning, business, or related discipline is preferred) and two years experience in land acquisition.
