As a Portfolio Manager III at Provident Bank, you will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio management as relates to assigned portfolio loans as well as cross selling the Banks' products and services. Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of comprehensive Loan Offering Analysis to evaluate the prospective financing properties, incorporating complex underwriting to include cash flow analysis, project economics and valuation, guarantor analysis, market analysis and recommendation. The loan analysis includes both commercial loan and commercial permanent owner-occupied mortgages or commercial construction and commercial permanent mortgages. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solicits existing portfolio customers to increase and retain loan volume and cross sell Bank products and services. Transaction negotiation and preparation of Loan Offering Analysis of existing loans in connection with renewals and modifications and new business transactions; facilitates closing of the transaction. Prepares annual reviews of existing loans to access credit quality and covenant compliance; performs property inspections. Promotes customer relations. Prepares Loan Offering Analysis including property descriptions and market analysis and the analysis of financial statements. Project economics, income and expense analysis, tenancy analysis, and property valuations and discounted cash flow models. Construction budget analysis with determination of sources and uses of funds. Borrower and Guarantor analysis. Assess lending risks, clearly identify offsetting mitigates and summarizes recommendations. Additional projects as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, Finance or Business Administration Minimum 8 years of related portfolio management experience within financial industry. Comprehensive financial analysis experience. Comprehensive loan analysis experience in respective discipline. Strong verb and written communicative and analytical skills. Proficient with software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel & Argus), financial analysis programs and discounted cash flow models.
