Job Overview

USAmeriBancorp is seeking a skilled Healthcare Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare companies in the physician rollup, ambulatory surgery, joint venture with hospitals, long term care, medical, dental, surgery centers, and senior living space sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service assigned portfolios and cross-sell other bank products to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain close customer contact to ensure continued satisfaction and anticipate additional financing needs.
  • Monitor and report changes in credit quality to ensure optimal risk management.
  • Negotiate and structure credit facilities consistent with the bank's credit policies and lending practices.
  • Prepare effective credit packages for approval circulation and present to the required level of credit authority.
  • Attend loan closings to ensure loans are properly closed and customer transactions are handled efficiently.
  • Oversee the proper handling of customer transactions, including advances, payments, wire transfers, and other financial activities.
  • Ensure the bank is in possession of current financial information and that it has been properly analyzed and on file.
  • Maintain and follow a list of prospective customers and develop new business sources.
  • Solicit new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of credit underwriting, basic accounting, and loan documentation.
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills to interact with customers and prospective clients.
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good mathematical skills to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to sell, negotiate, and meet sales goals.
  • Good credit and administrative skills to manage customer relationships and transactions.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of five years related experience or Bachelor's Degree in a related field with commensurate experience.
  • Community and/or industry involvement in the territory.
  • Bachelor's Degree with more than 10 years related experience preferred.
