Additionally, this role will lead the coordination of corporate projects including global product launches, reformulations and new corporate initiatives. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: · Effectively interact and partner with regional and cross-functional teams, and manufacturers with regard to all aspects of product compliance and product lifecycle to bring projects to culmination. · Attend team meetings and serve as department lead, providing notes, reports, and follow-up with internal business partners. · Bring together country-specific regulatory input from Regional Regulatory Affairs teams and analyze, summarize, and communicate the information in various forms to internal team members. · Lead projects driven by regulations or internal policy, including coordinating meetings, handling project timelines, and following up on action items. · Aid in the review of raw ingredients and their respective technical attributes for regulatory acceptability. Resolve documentation discrepancies and assess the impact of raw material changes to finished goods. · Assist with the review of new preliminary and concept formulas to resolve acceptability, adequate product classification, and registration requirements in all countries. · Collaborate with Research & Development to create country-clusters for new formulas, based on regulatory requirements in multiple markets and bridging communication between Regional Regulatory Affairs teams and R&D during the review of formulas at throughout the process. · Provide general product licensing and regulatory support to internal departments. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Detailed with the ability to analyze sophisticated technical data · Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask · Social skills geared toward a team focused approach · Adaptable a fast-paced environment with evolving goals and objectives · Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and provide creative solutions Experience: · At least 1 year of relevant work (in addition to corresponding coursework projects) or internship experience in food, nutrition, pharmaceutical or related fields Education: · Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, Legal, or related field #LI-TK1 At Herbalife, we value doing what’s right.
