Location: Remote, USA

Pay Range: $18-$20

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate consistent backend support to recruiters, business unit manager, and marketing lead.
  • Utilize recruiting tools such as: social media; job boards (CareerBuilder, ClearanceJob, Monster, etc.); company website; company database and other sources to find top talent.
  • Post, and maintain, job postings on the various recruiting tools.
  • Use "outside the box" sourcing techniques to find candidates for "hard to fill" and reoccurring roles.
  • Document in applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in technical sourcing preferred
  • Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to swiftly build a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Goal orientated.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Agency experience a plus.
