As a Talent Researcher and Sourcer, you will work directly with our Animal Health Executive Search team to identify candidates for active searches as well as potential new business development leads. This is strictly a support role, not a phone role. Our ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and adept at heavy data entry and research.

Day-to-Day

Engage: Participate in intake calls to gather details on the type of candidates the client is seeking.

Source: Identify and research top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Entry: Continuously develop, update, and maintain talent pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System.

Outreach: Craft and send emails to potential candidates, introducing them to our organization and specific job opportunities.

Marketing: Create well-written job descriptions to attract top talent for active searches.

Reporting: Track, analyze, and generate team reports to drive constant improvement.
