As a Senior Technical Talent Sourcer, you will be a key team member of the COMPANY'S Talent Acquisition’s Sourcing team and a strategic partner to both the business and the rest of the Talent Acquisition team. You will design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent in Technology, filling current and future job openings nationwide across the family of businesses.

Utilizing the most state-of-the-art tools, you will employ best-in-class candidate generation techniques including data mining, internal database search and management, external job board search, association networking, and social networking. You will create a positive candidate experience while pre-screening talent to submit to your recruiting partners.

This role is open for remote work - but you must live in the Atlanta, GA area

Great starting pay rate: $35.00/hr. (contract position until the end of 2023, may go longer)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines, and the latest tools, as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates that lead to hires
  • Build and manage talent pipelines within the CRM (Beamery) to enhance bench strength in critical need areas for current and future roles
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Branding, Events, Recruiters, and/or Hiring Managers regularly to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen the candidate pool, including ongoing recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives
  • Act as a SME for sourcing and partner to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solutions.
  • Utilizes Data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity
  • Clearly articulate and promote the COMPANY brand online and offline through candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing
  • Develop, track, and analyze all sourcing/attraction programs to optimize investments and efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field (Sourcing). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for an infrastructure as a service provider (IaaS).
  • Previous experience sourcing candidates with public and private cloud backgrounds.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting advanced boolean search strings)
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM’s
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative and complex sourcing solutions to help the customer achieve hiring objectives
  • Experience leveraging data analysis to drive business decisions, and presenting data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, tailored to different audiences.
