The Product Line Specialist provides support and information on product cost for current designs. They collaborate with engineering on new programs to provide a conduit of information to customers for on-going progress and works as part of a team to prepare special projects for data analysis and corporate reporting.

Essential Functions:

  • Create individual pricing strategies and construct quotes based on those strategies.
  • Manage pricing requests and provide oversight to engineering, purchasing, and operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and planning to investigate potential material obsolescence issues.
  • Correlate export compliance information for products.
  • Assume Product Line Manager duties when they are traveling or out of the office.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or technical school degree
  • 4 years of experience in Customer Service in a technical manufacturing environment, or Sales Engineering or related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems a plus.


Work Environment: This is an office-based position.
