Job summary

  • We are seeking a Service Line Specialist with 12-16 years of experience who is adept in the domains of Sales Service and Marketing. This role is pivotal in driving our service lines growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance our market position streamline service operations and deliver measurable outcomes that align with our strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new service opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies for service line growth and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create cohesive service offerings.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet clients expectations.

Monitor and report on the performance of the service line identifying areas for improvement.

Facilitate cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance service delivery processes.

Conduct regular reviews of service policies and practices to ensure compliance and relevance.

Engage with key clients to gather feedback and foster strong relationships.

Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Must have a proven track record in Sales Service and Marketing with at least 12 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives that improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and operational excellence.


The annual salary depends on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.


This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
