We are seeking a highly motivated Crime Product Manager to join our team and drive the development, growth and management of insurance products tailored towards the commercial crime market.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, assess competitor offerings, and gather insights to make informed product development strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, actuaries, data analysts, and legal experts, to design and enhance insurance products targeting commercial crime risks.Analyze claims data to identify patterns and trends related to commercial crime, providing valuable input for product refinement.Develop pricing strategies that align with risk assessment and market demand, ensuring competitive and profitable product offerings.Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards, adapting products to meet legal requirements and industry best practices.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product messaging that effectively communicates product features and benefits to brokers and clients.Monitor the performance of crime insurance products, analyzing key metrics and implement data-driven recommendations to improve top line growth and profitability.Act as a subject matter expert by providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on crime-related products.Strong understanding of commercial crime risks, including fraud, embezzlement, and cybercrime, and their impact on businesses.Strong broker and client relationships in the commercial and national accounts space.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret claims data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive product decisions.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California or New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs.
