Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Capture Manager to support the IRS on a full-time basis. The Capture Manager will manage the contract capture process from pre-RFP strategy development through award and launch for key business opportunities. This role is HYBRID, and you will be required to be on-site 3 days a week (M-W-F) and remote Tu/Thurs.

Responsibilities for the Capture Manager include:

Lead the contract capture process from pre-RFP strategy development through award and launchDevelop and execute winning bid strategiesOrganize cross-functional activities for business development opportunitiesLead customer meetings and communicationsPerform market analysis and monitor competitor activityCoordinate proposal activities and business planning

Qualifications of the Capture Manager includes:

Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum 7 years of related experience in business development or capture managementAt least 3 years of leading federal contract capture experienceExperience with Shipley Business Development LifecycleProven track record in winning large-scale opportunities.Strong knowledge of government contracts, GSA, and FAR

Compensation for the Capture Manager include:

·Salary: $200K+ **based on experience**
