The successful candidate will have a desire to work in a hands-on and collaborative environment. This position requires initiative, teamwork, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance required. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: The skill set required includes, but is not limited to, the following: Manage and maintain Program/Project controls.

Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports, providing analytical review of information in clear and concise format as needed, as well as proactive identification of action plans to optimize performance and mitigate risk.

Assist in developing the annual budget and long-range plan.

Assist other members of finance in the budget, forecast and pricing or product strategy processes.

Financial record keeping and accounting practices and techniques.

Manage financial aspects of subcontracts and interwork agreements (IWA) (i.e., process invoices, complete funding documents, and monitor budgets)

Process Prime contract invoices.

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.

Work with PM to resolve various project-related issues that may arise over the course of a project.

Demonstrated ability to lead others and tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need

: U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance required.

Documented high degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, web-based applications and databases (specifically Excel).

BA/BS degree
