The right candidate should be able to:
  • Work ON-SITE
  • Must have 6 months of call center experience.
  • Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
  • Available to work on weekends.
  • Have a HS diploma or GED
salary: $16.5 - $17.28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to a Multi-Client Group, following program guidelines and call center standards.
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers and guidelines related to the client product.
  • Respond to complex call types ranging from technical assitance and troubleshooting.
  • Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
  • Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Troubleshoot device related issues and submit incident tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English.
