We have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional looking to advance their career. The role will partner with the business leaders and their respective organizations. This position is based in our Piscataway, NJ location (or could be remote) and reports to the Leader, Strategic Business Partner, Americas. The selected individual will work with teams within the Americas region while forging strong partnerships with the Global HRBP's in Japan HQ. This role requires a strong emphasis on strategic and organization consulting that supports business transformation.
The HR Business Partner contributes to business performance by providing strategic consulting on people strategies, organization design, performance management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a business partner and adviser on people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive the implementation of the global strategic plan locally with client groups and global counterparts.
- Facilitate the communication of the organizations desired culture and LIXIL Behaviors which guide the decisions and actions of the business.
- Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with HR COEs to develop strategies and plans to meet those needs.
- Coach both employees and leaders through issues that are complex or sensitive in nature.
- Leverage data, metrics, and analytics to drive data-based decision making.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; SHRM or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience; at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
Strong collaborative skills; ability to partner with senior level leaders.
Strong project management skills.
The contract rate for this remote hourly role is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. (The horuly rate offered to be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.).
