Customer-facing, full-time role at Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness in Bentonville, AR. **Front Desk Coordinator, Bentonville, AR** _Full-time with PTO, benefits, and professional development_ **HealthFitness** is looking for an experienced **Front Desk Coordinator** to join the growing team at our large, corporate client site located in Northwest Arkansas. In this role, you will support the Front Desk Director with supervising operations while delivering a positive experience and exceptional customer satisfaction for the eligible Walmart population. This position is an integral part of a busy team covering multiple departmental front desks and the main desk. _Monday-Friday schedule approximately 9AM-6PM with some weekends required._ **What You'll Be Doing** : + Greet & assist members. + Support the Front Desk Director in managing all front desk customer service activities. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Front Desk Director is not onsite. + Help lead regular departmental staff meetings. + Collaboratively develop, interpret, and enforce facility policies and procedures. + Other duties as needed/assigned. ​ **Role Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. + 1+ year of prior supervisory experience required and the ability to motivate others. Ideal applicants will also have 1+ year of experience working in the field of fitness, recreation, or wellness. + Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal and customer service skills in-person, socially, on the telephone and via email. + Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with other business units. + Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools. + An affinity and passion for fitness, recreation, and wellness. + Current Adult/Infant/Child CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute. + Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
