**Role Description**

IntelliScripts Information Technology Team is a key part of our success and is critical to our future. We are looking for a Third Party Application Support Specialist to help us maximize the software we use internally. We are not a one size fits all company. And when customization is the name of the game, no two days are truly alike. **Responsibilities**

* Act as the application specialist for our third party tools (Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Service Desk Suite, Salesforce, Power BI, Wrike, Microsoft Office 365/Teams)

* Ensuring optimal performance of third party tools systems and products.

* Configuring our third party tools to meet our business processes and needs.

* Managing third party tools, roles, profiles, workflows, and groups

* Importing and exporting data as needed from other systems

* Help train users on building custom reports and dashboards

* Provide internal consulting, training and support as needed

* Documenting processes, standards, and best practices

* Collaborate with our Global Corporate Services team for shared tools strategy

* Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as experience and knowledge increases

**Professional Qualifications**

* 3+ years of related experience as an Application Specialist or administrator of third party tools (Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Wrike preferred)

* In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Service Desk Suite or equivalent systems

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Intermediate proficiency with SQL

* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and software quickly

* Understand how one persons tasks and responsibilities are related to other roles, departments, and within the overall business

* Adapt to the needs of the business, and take on additional responsibilities over time

* Project maturity and professionalism

**Preferred (Not Required)**

* HIPAA or PHI regulated environment

* Experience creating documentation / internal processes

* Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related field
