This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the instruments, kits and/or other products manufactured or distributed by EUROIMMUN US. Position Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: * Maintain advanced knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques manufactured and/or distributed by EUROIMMUN US. * Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support, Commercial, Research and Development and Shipping to drive project success. * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables. Proactively address issues as they arise. * Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, including personnel, equipment, and materials. * Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost control measures. * Oversee compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. * Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. * Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions. * Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible. * Manage changes in project scope, objectives, or deliverables and ensure that appropriate approvals and documentation are in place. * Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. * Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients, suppliers or attend industry conferences. Basic Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 2-5+ years of project management experience. Preferred Requirements: * Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma * Four or more years' experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field preferred * Technically proficient in running IVD assays and an understanding the basis for these assays * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for conveying project updates, issues, and solutions to team members and stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues and implement solutions as they arise during the project * Exceptional organizational abilities to keep track of project details, documents, and deadlines * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Quality Management software. * Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US.
