Currently, they are looking for a Principal Engineer to head up their backlog of projects which run until 2028 Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for a variety of projects. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control. Drive innovation in geotechnical engineering practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a strong background in project management. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas. Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring.
