Lead Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, thoughtful Enterprise Applications Engineer/Analyst. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, this individual will lead our technology engagements with our Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Facilities and Operations teams. They will align technology capabilities to business milestones and meet with stakeholders regularly to ensure that the IT function is effectively supporting the needs of the organization.
Your Role
Lead functional and technical requirements gathering and document process models/workflows for new projects and enhancement requests.
Manage the RFP and vendor selection processes for key technologies across the organization.
Configure systems following appropriate change and release management processes. Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans; communicate progress and escalate issues appropriately.
Manage the evidence collection for IT’s controls for SOX compliance.
Provide ongoing support (access provisioning, issue resolution, integration updates, enhancement configuration, and report development) for IT-owned applications; includes ADP, Coupa, Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding, Netsuite, Pingboard, Robin.
Work closely with software vendors in the planning, design, and testing of application changes, including application upgrades.
Create and deliver knowledge articles / documentation for the IT Helpdesk and end-user training materials for the business stakeholders.
Maintain partnerships with key stakeholder across all supported functions
Align with functional partners to understand needs and align technologies with key business milestones
Lead the selection, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of key technologies across the organization
Bring ideas forward to help improve both internal IT as well as business team processes
Oversee data integration platform and resources
Act as lead on enterprise PowerBI reporting for existing and new reports
Oversee external resources supporting the platforms including contractors and managed services
Your Background:
4+ years’ experience delivering solutions for G&A teams in a pharma/biotech organization, with a focus on HRIS and Financial systems
Experience with M365 suite of tools, including SharePoint, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate
Experience managing and enhancing enterprise integration platforms, preferably Boomi
Experiencing implementing, managing, and maintaining SOX controlled systems
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
Program / project management, demand management, resource management and system life cycle expertise
Experience with databases and data analysis using Excel and PowerBI
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and systems
Loves to work hard and have fun
