A BioTech Company is looking to add a new Senior Business Analyst with Financial Systems experience to their team. In this role, the ERP Financial Systems Business Analyst (Remote) will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for internal customers and end users on key systems and take an active role in working on or leading Business Systems projects.

Responsibilities:

The ERP Financial Systems Business Analyst will:

  • Provide User Management (onboarding/offboarding), gathering new requirements, troubleshooting and Training end users for the Concur Expense Management system, Coupa Business Spend management system, and Dynamics-GP and NetSuite ERP systems (migrating from GP to NetSuite)
  • Be the Primary Support asset and System Administrator for the above-mentioned applications
  • Assist Application Owners in project-based work such as gathering any business requirements, including prototyping solutions, testing, UAT and Training
  • Prioritize, schedule meetings, and complete IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner, including documenting all the steps/resolution in the corresponding request/ticket
  • Follow established policies, procedures to support the applications
  • Develop application specific procedures, materials, and support guides
  • Provide exceptional customer service and tech support to on-site and field incoming IT requests via ITSM ticketing system
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, particularly with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related role
  • Familiarity with financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript may be beneficial for customization or integration tasks
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial regulations
  • Knowledge of business processes in finance and accounting, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, etc.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and designing system workflows
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies
  • Computer savvy
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
