Cintel is a leading defense contractor dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the defense industry. We are currently seeking a Quality Risk Management Specialist to join our Combat Vehicle Program team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in business administration or relevant work experience to contribute to the success of our critical defense projects.

Position Summary: As a Quality Risk Management Specialist you will deploy and implement the Automated Risk Management (ARM or other software) Risk and Opportunity Management software tool, and utilize the tool in the execution of Risk and Opportunity Management process. Maintain the program Risk and Opportunity Register, and provide updates to both internal and external stakeholders. Lead the risk process within the product development team to include risk identification and the development of risk mitigation strategies. After risks have been baselined, ensure the risk mitigation plan is fully implemented in the program IMS.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

+ 1-2 years of minimum risk management experience, preferably in a defense or aerospace industry.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook tools for communication and collaboration.

+ Experience with risk management tools, specifically Acumen Fuse.

+ Familiarity with data repositories, especially SharePoint.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

+ Knowledge of defense industry standards and regulations is a plus.
