Position Summary

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving business value through identification, delivery, and optimization of initiatives supporting their product area. This position will work closely with product management, merchandising, marketing, and development teams to create, manage, operationalize, and track features and products critical to RealTruck's continued market leadership with a focus on the after-market automotive industry.

Core Functions

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to identify high-value areas that will impact both customer and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, analytics, and operational teams on business cases for each opportunity, then lead the prioritization with stakeholders to create clear, data-driven strategies.
  • Research and identify new opportunities to innovate and provide customer resolution through AI, automation, and process optimization. Use research, market, competitive set, and vendors to identify new opportunities and present to team and stakeholders. Evaluate ideas and drive the adoption of leading ideas.
  • Define and track key business metrics, using analysis trends to optimize internal business operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end life cycle(s) of complex products spanning multiple feature areas.
  • Participate in day to day tactical work, including gathering requirements, writing effective user stories, defining acceptance criteria for items in the backlog, prioritizing the backlog, and attending product management meetings.
  • Ensure all decisions related to product support business and customer objectives.
  • Continuously drive product performance towards committed goals, customer needs, and operational excellence to ensure the achievement of the desired results.
  • Capture customer insights and provide the voice of customer feedback to enhance the product backlog from the perspective of both internal and external customers.
  • Evangelize technology and innovation across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering business success is required.
  • Strong project management experience with platforms like JIRA and Microsoft Project Management.
  • Experience in ecommerce, customer service, or supply chain preferred.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Ability to work hands on in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to think strategically to develop action-oriented analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, preferred: ERP (NetSuite), Project Management, JIRA, and CRM.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Outstanding data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Travel

Minimal travel may be required; approximately 5% of the time.
