Job Title: Mechanical Construction Project Manager Job Description Seeking a skilled Project Manager to provide initial client contact, assess project scope, and ensure resources are aptly allocated for successful project completion. Responsibilities include preparing detailed project estimates, supervising the total construction effort in line with design, budget, and schedule, and interfacing with various stakeholders. The role also involves planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite functions, supervising craft employees, providing technical assistance, and initiating change orders. You will also be responsible for the productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
