Monitor job offers for accuracy; track sign on and relocation bonuses to ensure timely payout. Develop and implement employee development programs and initiatives; Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives; Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management. Promote diversity and inclusion in all HR practices and initiatives; Implement programs to enhance diversity in recruitment and retention. Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management. Adhering to the Code of Business Ethics is essential. Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
