Unit Manager/Director - RN

At Cranbury Center - Monroe Township, NJ, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unit Manager/Director - RN to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the delivery of high-quality patient/resident care, ensuring consistency with our mission, vision, values, and policies.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance assessment, to ensure optimal unit operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accepted standards of practice.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
