Kreg's offers a unique portfolio of specialty beds and 24/7 rental services to allow clinicians to safely and efficiently mobilize those complex patients. We are a small company, on a mission to stand out from the crowd and make Kreg Beds the hospital partner to deliver better outcomes for complex patients. The Associate Account Manager will report directly to the RVP in each market and helps support the relationship between Kreg Therapeutics and our customers (Hospitals). The Associate Account Manager will support the local Account Manager with current customers and is also responsible for selling Kreg's Specialty Bed rental services and developing strategic relationships with a variety of clinicians in their assigned territory. The Associate Account Manager is responsible for promoting product usage in current accounts by educating clinicians and supporting utilization of our Vertical Bed technology in the ICU, as well as our Bariatric beds. Primary Responsibilities Support local Account Manager to help convert competitive accounts to Kreg's portfolio of specialized beds by executing long term daily-rental contract agreements. Drive high growth in current and new accounts by educating clinicians and promoting utilization of our Vertical Bed technology Conduct demonstrations and evaluations in interested accounts Develop and grow a healthy sales pipeline, in partnership with the local Account Manager, and utilize CRM to track all opportunities and update on a daily basis Provides critical information to marketing and upper management including market trends and competitive activity Build and help the local Account Manager maintain strong relationships with hospitals Uncover obstacles with customers that limit their ability to utilize products Build relationships with key stakeholders, champions & KOL's Collect and communicate market intelligence Identify key resources within Kreg to help remove obstacles in the hospital or other areas within the facility Identify opportunities to maintain and improve highest standards of service Requirements of the Job: 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience. Hospital based experience is preferred, but not required Award-winning track record in growing account penetration and winning new business Ability to communicate value-based solutions to multiple stakeholders in complex sales environment Demonstrated ability in building clinical champions Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrate key knowledge in using CRM tools, account management including prospecting, presenting complex solutions to decision makers, and working in a team environment Travel and overnight stays are required, as well as a valid driver's license.
