Temp Front Desk Client Advocate

Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun
Pay - $16.80/Hour
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, donors, vendors, and community agencies.
- Work with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed care.
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary and enforce property rules and procedures.
- Monitor resident activities to ensure safety and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain a clean and safe facility and assist with various tasks as assigned.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Professional demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, respect for diversity, and strong boundary-setting skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Trauma-Informed Care and Housing First philosophy preferred.
- Background check required
- Timekeeping system setup will be provided.
- Parking available; lunch break is 30 minutes.
- Dress code: Clean attire, no offensive clothing.
