Job Summary: We are seeking individuals committed to our mission of serving adults and families experiencing homelessness. As a Resident Advocate, you'll provide exceptional customer service within the state's largest supportive housing development for formerly homeless individuals.

Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun
Pay - $16.80/Hour
Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, donors, vendors, and community agencies.
  • Work with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed care.
  • Provide crisis intervention as necessary and enforce property rules and procedures.
  • Monitor resident activities to ensure safety and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility and assist with various tasks as assigned.

  • Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, respect for diversity, and strong boundary-setting skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Trauma-Informed Care and Housing First philosophy preferred.

  • Timekeeping system setup will be provided.
  • Parking available; lunch break is 30 minutes.
  • Dress code: Clean attire, no offensive clothing.
