What does a normal day look like?
Starting shift will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Daily tasks include
Scheduling for both Richmond Ford Lincoln and Richmond Ford West
Answering inbound phone calls to either set an appointment or transfer to correct party
Outbound calls to confirm next-day appointments and potentially create service appraisals for sales floor
Verifying online scheduled appointments
Answering inbound website chats
Calling customers to schedule recalls
Open communication between both parts and service departments
Strong support from management
While this is a scheduling position, we believe time away from work is very important so you will only be required to work one Saturday per month from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Every Sunday and most holidays off (Labor Day, Memorial Day, plus major holidays)
Monthly Business Development Center (BDC) Meeting with challenges that include prizes based on performance
