  • Monitor, analyze and maintain financial transactions and accounting for a wide variety of social service programs funded by Federal, state and local grants and allocations.
  • Work closely with department staff, Treasurer's and Auditor's Office personnel, and Federal, state and local governmental agencies.
  • Provide information to finance staff as necessary to assist in month end close activities
  • Responsible for the invoicing and reconciliation processes related to funding drawdowns from external, federal, and state agencies.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of grant activity including cost overruns, cost sharing and unallowable administrative expenses.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
