We are looking for a Customer Experience Marketing Manager with a best-in-class entrepreneurial mentality**,** this individual will enhance the relationship between subscribers and IntelliCentrics. The primary focus of this position is to focus on the experience and success of current customers . Reporting and measuring ROI of events is also key part of this role.

**Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Compose and send customer emails; communications can include updates and enhancements to our platform, credentialing and support updates, new services updates, etc.

* Support the approved world-class customer marketing program designed to increase engagement and expansion with our subscribers.

* Work collaboratively with all departments who work with our customers to ensure a consistent, positive interaction at every touchpoint

+ In partnership with Engagement, improve onboarding experience

+ Write scripts

+ In partnership with Customer Support, review and update standardize customer support responses

* In partnership with Events Director, provide content and messaging for events as needed

* Promote customer reviews and ratings

* Share customer successes with the world

* Support approved marketing programs and communications to retain at-risk customers

* Implement approved programs to highlight IntelliCentrics brand and facilitate brand loyalty

* Actively promote IntelliCentrics through the promotion of social media channels and blog content through communications and scripting

* Manage customer award programs

**Education and/or Experience**

* Bachelors degree in marketing, business management, or another related field

* A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; to customer (B2C) preferred

* Experience with a subscription model is a bonus
