We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SVP of Innovation, Product & Supply Chain to lead the innovation, product development, and supply chain efforts of our multi-level marketing company based in Flower Mound, Texas. The company operates in nine countries and sells into 32 countries, and the SVP will need to have experience with global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's innovation agenda, overseeing product development, and managing the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and distributors. Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovation strategies that align with the company's global business goals and objectives Oversee product development and launch, ensuring products meet quality standards, pricing targets, and regulatory requirements in all countries of operation Manage the product lifecycle and optimize product portfolio to drive growth and profitability in all markets Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of innovation, product, and supply chain strategies across all countries of operation Manage the supply chain, including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations in all countries of operation Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and metrics to track performance across all markets Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform innovation, product, and supply chain strategies in all markets Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in all countries of operation to drive business growth and success Required Skills Required Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 15+ years of experience in innovation, product development, and supply chain management, preferably in the multi-level marketing industry with global operations Strong understanding of innovation, product development, and supply chain best practices, including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management in a global context Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing teams across different countries and cultures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and other languages as necessary
