Training Support Specialist

Cybervance believes in creating innovative solutions to deliver measured results. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Support Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations of training events and assist staff members with various tasks. Looking for candidates with 1-2 years of work experience.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate communication and action items between various stakeholders, prepare and distribute documents and communications
•Format documents and edit for correctness, conciseness, and clarity
•Maintain multiple calendars, timelines, and schedules for upcoming events
•Maintain electronic filing systems, track and maintain version control for files and projects
•Create meeting agendas, take meeting minutes
•Edit documents for 508 compliance
•Manage multiple responsibilities and ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards
•Assist with special projects as assigned
•Follow, write, and revise SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Requirements:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
•Experience (or willingness to learn) with accessibility tools and software for creating 508 compliant documents
•Ability to create basic visuals in PowerPoint
•Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
•Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
•Ability to maintain confidentiality, must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust
•Quick learner with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
•Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
•Proficiency in WebEx
•Digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies
•Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) Camtasia
•Interest in cybersecurity
