Summary: Leading Home Care Agency is looking to expand our presence in the Tucson area. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct new client assessments/care plans while also creating relationships with company provided leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicates information regarding company services to new and existing clients.
- Performs Client Assessments and ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
- Attends networking events as well as business/trade events.
- Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Two years of sales experience in home health, home care or hospice helpful.
- Must be a self-starter and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Strong computer skills that include proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM, email and the use of the internet.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Customer Service-Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
- Interpersonal Skills-Focuses on solving conflict; Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.
- Oral Communication-Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
