We need a Director of Operations to oversee all of our North America warehouse operations currently located in the US and Canada. This role will play a critical part in our continued business expansion and operational efficiency, and will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and associate engagement for our global network.

What is a day in the life of a Director of Operations?

Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's North America warehouse operations division Oversee every aspect of warehouse operations, including safety, scaling, process improvement, automation, inventory control, etc. Expand and standardize buildings in the network. What will I need to thrive in this role?

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration Extensive professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, etc. Extensive warehouse management experience, ideally on multiple levels over time Experience building out a team, ideally both domestically and internationally
