Responsibilities: Lead a team of subcontract administrators providing guidance and work assignments. Manage a team supporting procurement requirements of prime contracts in a CPSR compliant environment. Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities. Develop strategy for competitions, negotiations, and manage subcontractor/supplier performance. Ensure subcontract files are reviewed and approved in compliance with all requirements. Review prime contract awards to flow down required documents and clauses efficiently. Work closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure subcontracting activities align with prime contract requirements. Monitor supplier compliance and resolve performance or quality issues. Advise operations leadership on procurement issues and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or master’s with 6+ years of experience. Experience with CPSRs policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques. Business acumen, management, and leadership skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS. Ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP preferred.
