Position Overview: The Healthcare Compliance Specialist supports the North American Healthcare Compliance program. The Specialist will be primarily focused on the implementation of Grifols' anti-corruption program; however, he or she will support a range of international and North American compliance activities. The Specialist will partner with key stakeholders globally and serve as a resource to address business and compliance issues as they arise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct due diligence assessments for risk mitigation and business decision making on global third parties (companies and individual partners) Recognize, record, and resolve due diligence red flags Compose due diligence reports Conduct annual compliance assessment and close out of third party providers Monitor and audit on-going third party compliance activities and deliverables Participate in and contribute to risk assessments Support compliance process development, documentation, and implementation Support compliance monitoring and auditing program Support AdHoc healthcare compliance projects Skills/Qualifications/Education: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
