The Contract Coordinator is responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts.

  • Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
  • Maintain the contract database, storage of executed contracts and oversight of the contract routing and review process. Maintain the electronic and paper contract files for the System.
  • Monitor status of contracts (renewal date, termination date, etc.) and notify responsible manager when needed to ensure compliance with the terms of such contract pursuant to Legal Department guidelines.
  • May negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Ensure budgets are adhered to and effectively calculate and benchmark costs.
  • Track authorizations and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with Legal Department to analyze and mitigate risk.
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
  • May provide training to leaders and staff regarding contracting protocols, workflows and timelines.
  • Ensure all contracting processes are carried out in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
