Other Logistics

Salesforce updates Business card layout Maintain CPARS stats – Work in close coordination with our Proposal and Marketing Manager and On-line Communications Manager to develop and maintain the marketing and BD programs to achieve Company goals

Ability to participate in industry events, such as industry meetings and conferences to interact with clients and partners Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred 2+ years of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus Experienced in development of and collaborating with diverse teams ZAPATA offers a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and 401(k) participation.
