DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but no limited to):

Perform site visits, inspections, audits, and reviews to identify EHS management gaps, develop corrective measures, and implement solutions to sustain compliance with EHS law and company EHS strategies, policies, and standards. Leverage lessons learned and key performance indicators to implement continuous improvement actions across the SW region both for data center construction projects and existing data center operations. Possess tactical and strategic leadership and direction and works well with limited supervision while being responsible for compliance assurance, risk mitigation, injury prevention, and environmental management. Perform site safety assessments and compliance management reviews and report on EHS performance and tactical and strategic improvement planning with general contractors and sub-tier contractors both for Aligned construction projects and data center operations. Review incident reporting to ensure appropriate root-cause analysis (RCA) has been conducted, and corrective actions have been implemented. Work closely with the VP of EHS and other regional safety managers to develop EHS programs, processes, means, and methods in the prevention of injury and the promotion of a positive and progressive safety culture at all Aligned projects and operations. Ability to travel regionally as needed (25% at times) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess Board of Certified Safety Professional (BSCP) certification or education, which includes at least one of the following categories: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) MINIMUM DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Candidates must have a minimum career experience of at least seven (7) years that have been dedicated in an EHS role to commercial building or data center construction/operations. The candidate must have demonstrated management and leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively and clearly. The candidate must have practical knowledge and working experience in the following: Confined Space Crane/Equipment Operations Electrical Safety/Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) Excavations Fall Protection Scaffolds
