Being a Know Your Client (KYC) Onboarding Analyst, your responsibilities include verification of client data, opening accounts, performing due diligence checks, reviewing KYC documentation and risk assessment. Responsibilities: Prepare new account documentation for bank and investment accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness, including KYC and account monitoring. Perform periodic reviews for both domestic and international clients by confirming KYC data requirements. Analyze AML risks associated with the client and identify ‘red flag’ situations. Coordinate KYC/AML processes and procedures for client portfolio. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years of experience in BSA/AML, KYC, and client account onboarding. 2+ years of experience with Patriot Act, CIP, and FinCEN CDD Rule requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). CAMS Certification or other related AML Certifications. Exceptional relationship/time management and interpersonal skills. Excellent written, analytical, problem-solving, & investigative abilities. Bilingual in Spanish and English or Portuguese and English.
