This is a new role as a result of a number of new client wins across our social media and content creation areas of the business. You will be working with a number of global brands and reporting in to the Senior Social Media Account Manager. You will ideally have at least two years' experience of working in a dedicated social media role, either in house or agency side. You will be well versed in the management of social media campaigns, from ideation through to reporting and will be experienced in understanding the various social media reporting and data systems. Along with managing organic social media campaigns you will also be working on advertising projects across all the current social media platforms. This is a fast-paced role in a fast-paced environment where last minute campaigns are often needed. Clients often need support with other tasks such as copywriting for websites and blogs, and newsletter creation, which you would be expected to fulfil. With support from the wider team, you would also be expected to advise and support clients with SEO and PPC projects. There is a weekend on-call rota system to manage and advise clients and some unsociable hours are needed in order to manage breaking news stories and reactive content. Essential skills

Knowledge and experience working with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube Strong grasp of the data and reporting systems of all the key social media platforms Experience of deploying and managing social media advertising campaigns. Strong creative campaign ideas Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns Creating management reports for clients Excellent English and attention to detail 2 years' experience of working in a dedicated social media marketing role Willingness and dedication to keeping on top of industry news and developments Nice to have

Experience writing longer form content for websites and blogs A basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation Google Pay Per Click advertising experience Mailchimp newsletter management experience Understanding and basic Photoshop/Video editing skills An understanding and some experience of social media advertising The bit you are most interested in

Competitive salary (offer dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission on new business wins and a client retention bonus. Full private medical health care is also provided once you have passed a three-month probation period. A fully expensed mobile phone is also provided for the role and the company regularly has "forced fun" nights out along with award evenings every now and again.
